Funny President Bush Pic - I Pledge Allegiance to my Big Mac

“I pledge allegiance to my Big Mac made in the United States of America and to the devalued dollar on which it is based, one lunch, before dinner, indigestible, with Fries and a Coca Cola for all.”

What exactly is President Bush thinking? I went to school in the USA and did the pledge every day. It is slightly automatic to put your hand over your heart or at least your chest. There is a young girl in the picture and she is doing it right. One man thinks enough of this pledge to put his hand under his coat. Everyone else is doing it right. So what is Bushs problem? 

And just so there is no question if I am unamerican by altering the Pledge just to make a joke here is the original text of the Allegiance written in 1892: 

“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

There are some important words in there: Republic…God….liberty…justice…all. Maybe that is why President Bush cant do it right. He does not believe in quite a few of these. I will let you decide which ones those are.
