Public opinion of the United States worse than North Korea

If you are are like most Americans you have an idea of how the popular the President of America is at a point in time. Bush Jr. right after September 11th was viewed very favorably because of the appearance of handling the crisis.

Same with his Father after the victory in Desert Storm.

 Nixon quit when his opinion polls were at their lowest around 25%.

So we know the opinion on the President and maybe even Congress. Right now you can almost feel the resentment growing at a Democratic Congress that was elected to end the war and hasnt.

But today we are going to talk about another poll. This one about the positive and negative opinions of countries. This required worldwide polling to gauge the mainly positive and the mainly negative feeling people have for a country.

America is ranked 4th from the worst for “mainly negative” opinions with 47%. We lost to North Korea as they had 44%.

Let us remember North Korea has very few trade partners, is seen as a major exporter of illegal drugs, flew a test missle over Japan, and recently set off a nuclear bomb. And people have less negative feelings towards them.

We really need to reverse these feelings of anymousity and get back into the world community as an equal partner.
