President Bush Funny Pictures at Whitehouse Correspondants dinner

After my week of atttempting to curb my negative posts and conccentrating on the positive my sense of humor about the recent news is just seeping out and I am ready to spread some humor.

And what a better way than to start of the more rounded stories than with a funny story about Bush. He even managed to get in a few jokes at the same time. He was at the Whitehouse Correspondants dinner on Saturday night. Presumedly to thank them for leaving him so much leeway to steal, rape Mesopotamia, and triple the share price of war profiteering Halliburton all in his administration.

Above is  Bush conducting a Marine Corps Band just like he has instructed the Marines in Iraq and Afghanistan to be security guards for Oil Companies taking their record profits.

But I will give him some credit for gettting in some jokes.

“Senator McCain’s not here,” Bush said of GOP nominee-in-waiting John McCain. “He probably wanted to distance himself from me a little bit. You know, he’s not alone. Jenna’s moving out too.”

Ya McCain is the nominee in waiting but only 70 something percent of Pennsylvania GOP want him. 16% of the colonial state of Pennsylvania voted for Ron Paul even though it appears there is little chance of him becoming the nominee. Huckabee got about 10% as well.

Bush then referred to scandals that have dogged the campaigns of the two remaining Democratic candidates, Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama, in explaining their absence: “Hillary Clinton couldn’t get in because of sniper fire and Senator Obama’s at church.”

It’s good that Bush at least has a sense of humor while he does the things he does. I guess you would have to.
