I paid $200 for a bag of IV fluid last week. $1200 for 2hrs in the ER for dehydration from salmonella. That’s a lot of money for a little problem. As an uninsured, under-employed college student, I can’t afford to pay it. Why so much? Because no one pays attention to the actual costs of healthcare when insurance is picking up the tab. Increasing access to insurance doesn’t equal affordable healthcare. Neither party is addressing this issue and until they do cost will continue to rise.

John McCain about HEALTHCARE.
Like most Americans,John McCain believes our health care system is in need of reform. But the right reforms protect our American freedoms rather than creating new government controls and harness the market forces that are the hallmark of our economy:competition and choice. He believes you will know these reforms have succeeded when Americans can access affordable, quality health care coverage that meets their needs,NOT controlled by the federal government!!

Senator McCain, with all due respect, having worked hard to get you elected POTUS in ’08, it is with a very heavy heart that I say you have betrayed your country.
Squashing our rights to inquire about Obama’s own admission (see his autobiography Dreams of My Father, p. 26) that he was born a British citizen (making it impossible to be a U.S. NATURAL BORN CITIZEN) in your ad mocking JD Hayworth with the label of “birther” is something you should be ashamed of. I am ashamed of YOU.
there are so much more important things to worry about right now! mccain didn’t betray anyone, he’s working hard to get our voice heard about issues that really effect our country. even if you think obama was born here or not, the court won’t accept this case bc a majority consensus have seen his birth documents. even congress (the most powerful branch with republicans as majority party) aren’t wanting to impeach obama like clinton with the lewinsky scandal bc they know it’s too extreme
You are an embarrassment to the people of the United States. Your time and effectiveness have expired. You introduced a terminal cancer to the world stage in the form of Sarah Palin. Please stop everything your doing for ‘the people’, before you do any more damage that cannot be undone.

I love how McCain’s account will accept all Youtube comments, whilst Obama’s account uses moderation and only accepts comments which kiss up to him.

I read recently that a poll showed 6% of Americans believe Obama’s health-care plan was effective.
7% of Americans believe Elvis is alive.

What kind of dipshit poll is that? A plan has to be put into action before it can be effective.

McCain is a filthy rhino. He had several chances to ask Obama about his birth certificate and didn’t!
