Fox News stacking an easy deck for their girl?

It still seems strange to me and I think to Ron Paul too. He is the only Republican to vote against the Patriot Act and the authorization of force in Iraq that has turned into a war yet the mainstream media still trivializes him. He enjoys the studies of economics when most politicians avoid it and would hand it off to someone like Helicopter Ben Bernanke. He can quickly understand a situation like the Iranian speedboat episode while other candidates encourage killing sovereign people protecting their borders from huge destroyers that have traveled half way around the world.

Are they warmongering journalists who don’t care about personal freedom? It certainly seems like it on the surface. So just to be different and to understand what is happening better lets investigate what is shown, what is not shown and why they do that.

Here is the front page of Fox news after the Michigan primary:

It was a little surprising that McCain didn’t win that state like he did before, but not amazing. Romney grew up in Michigan and his father was an automotive executive.

But look at the pictures of the candidates on the front page of their website. Is anyone missing? Why? Ron Paul is missing even though he beat Thompson and Guiliani in Michigan and has almost always beats Guiliani. Why exclude one? If you show 5 why can’t you show 6?

Ok so we click over to the Michigan report page and we get this:

It’s a true story. But the page shows direct links to the candidates’ info page on the top. Every candidate warrants a direct link except for Ron Paul? Even the two he beat in Michigan? Even though Ron Paul has out raised them all in cash? He has raised 20 million in cash and Guiliani is so low on funds his campaign people are being encouraged to not be paid.

This is one of the ways the media marginalizes Ron Paul and leads votes to anyone besides Paul. Why? Well this is a good question. Personally I feel they want him out of the race as soon as possible. He forces them to listen to ideas of Freedom, not interfering in other countries affairs, or talking about the mounting US debt and inflation.

The media in general has been doing this everytime he appears anywhere. Please watch this video and ask yourself why would they treat a doctor, a 10 term Congressman, and a man married for the same woman for 50 years like this: Ron Paul Smear Video

Rupert Murdoch may also be playing with the Republican lineup, in the front page here he called it a horse race. In other words no leaders. This encourages division in the support and for more of them to stay in longer. But realistically speaking Thompson and Guiliani would have to drop out, they have little support and no money. Murdoch has been shown to inject his personal ideas directly into stories on the air. He has also maxed out personally to Hillary Clinton for $2300 while giving no money to anyone else in the Presidential race. He has the image of hating Hillary and being very Pro-Republican. Has the winds of politics changed? Does he feel Hillary will still support the ideas of invading, killing, and stealing for the record profits being seen by companies and no pesky FCC involvement in his media empire? Also look at the other people in his company especially in the main offices or higher positions. Almost all going to Hillary…

All of the candidates but Ron Paul have been found by polling to lose to Clinton in the General election. So it appears he is pushing easy losers to fight his candidate in the main election. But remember their motto is “We Report, You Decide”. Maybe it should be “We Reduce, You Pick one to lose to our Candidate”.

BTW The front page picture of Fox above, said that inflation was the highest it has been in 17 years. Who do you want running the country? A person who has read and written numerous books on world economics or people who have ran fairly small states governments often while raising taxes? Or Hillary who has really not had many jobs except for volunteer work in non profits for a few years and a Senator for New York?
